The garden is the room that your house will start off with when you first visit it. This room costs 1.000 gp. The most important part of this room is what you build in the 'Centerpiece' of this room. You can build your exit portal here, which you need to leave your house and which is tha spawning place when you go to your house with the portals around Corruption X. You can also lock your portal, this prevents other players to go to your house. The dungeon entrance in the 'Centerpiece' gives you access to your Dungeon.
Ofcourse, you'll see hotspots as in all other rooms when you are in Building mode. You'll be able to build different things on these hotspots.

The centerpiece is an important piece of this room, as mentioned before. You can place decorative stuff in here, but you can also put usefull stuff in as an exit portal or a dungeon entreance.
